Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum Rates: * Starting rates from $21/hour * Additional $4.00 shift differential on overnights (Excluding Fridays) * Additional $4.00 shift differential for Saturday and Sundays (Days and Nights) * Additional $5.00 shift differential on Friday Nights Our Resident Care Assistant shifts are scheduled for 12 hours: * Day Shift: 7am-7:30pm * Night Shift: 7pm-7:30am As a Resident Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points: * Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents. * Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc. * Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs. * Participate in required annual training programs.
