Your responsibilities will include: Managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance for high net worth individuals and corporations, particularly in the real estate sector. Conducting comprehensive reviews of federal and state income tax returns. Providing strategic tax planning and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and compliant with all tax regulations. Preparing and reviewing 1120S returns. Utilizing your expertise to identify tax-saving opportunities and strategies for clients. Contributing to business development and strategic planning within the company. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients are fully compliant. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Tax Manager role will have the following qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role or similar. Extensive knowledge and experience with real estate tax, federal and state tax, income tax, tax planning, and 1120S. Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporations. Proven track record in business development. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation is highly preferred. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
