Pride Health is hiring a Permanent Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician to support our client’s medical facility based in Liberal, KS . Title : Medical Technologist (MT / MLT) – Laboratory Location: Liberal, KS Type of Job: Full-Time | Permanent Placement Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: Starting at $27.10/hour (negotiable based on experience) Relocation Bonus: Up to $2,500 (with receipts) Shift Differentials: Available Weekend Differentials: Applicable Overview Southwest Medical Center is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) to join its laboratory team. This is a permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, shift flexibility, and relocation assistance. Shift Details Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts Day Shift: Every 3rd weekend (if full-time days) Evening Shift: Every other weekend Night Shift Coverage: Required (cross-training provided) Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing across multiple departments: Chemistry Hematology Microbiology Serology Urinalysis Coagulation Blood Bank Molecular Testing Support both inpatient and outpatient services Maintain accuracy and quality standards in all testing procedures. Collaborate with clinical teams across hospital departments.
