Your Role Awaits

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering relevant diagnostic examinations, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, in partnership with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
• Empowering patients and their families through education on prevention, wellness, and management of diseases
• Prescribing medications and therapies appropriate within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care
• Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and seamless care
• Accurately documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure these within 90 days)
