Registered Nurse (RN) - Psych | $50/hr | Washington, DC Are you a confident, skilled RN looking to make a real impact in behavioral health? This is an excellent opportunity to work in a structured, fast-paced psychiatric setting where your clinical expertise and decision-making truly matter. In this role, you'll be a key part of a collaborative care team focused on patient safety, stabilization, and support. What You'll Do Administer medications and closely monitor patient responses Assess, observe, and report changes in patient condition and behavior Record vital signs and maintain timely, accurate documentation Monitor patients through observation systems to ensure safety Support medication distribution alongside LPNs Maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and LPNs to deliver high-quality care Schedule & Shifts Full-time and part-time opportunities available Part-time: Minimum of 3 shifts per week Shifts:
