Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with financial data? We're seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support an accounting team with invoice processing, reconciliations, and timesheet data entry.

What You'll Do

✅ Review vendor invoices and extract key information

✅ Accurately enter invoice details into labor upload templates

✅ Process and enter:

• Invoice Numbers
• Voucher Numbers
• Transaction Dates
• Project Coding
• Labor Hours
• Expenses

✅ Reconcile invoice totals against system-generated totals

✅ Investigate and document discrepancies

✅ Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation

✅ Follow established procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience in Data Entry, Accounting Support, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, or Invoice Processing

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Basic understanding of invoices and financial documents

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

✔ Strong organizational and documentation skills

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
