Director of Regulatory Affairs

To advance broadband and telecommunications initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Regulatory Affairs will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, provide strategic regulatory consulting, and drive business development to enhance client relationships and revenue growth. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary client representative and account manager for a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client retention Provide expert guidance on state and federal compliance requirements, conducting in-depth research to solve complex regulatory challenges Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and leveraging industry relationships to support new business development Required qualifications A minimum of 12 years of experience managing regulatory, compliance, and advisory matters for telecommunications providers Bachelor's Degree is required Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, including mentoring and coaching junior staff Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships Outstanding client service skills with the ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly to various stakeholders
