B2B Customer Service Rep

Process orders, quotes, returns, and account updates Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and delivery Troubleshoot issues and find solutions Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Shipping Keep customer and order information accurate Build great relationships with customers and follow up to make sure they’re taken care of What You’ll Do: Help customers by phone and email Process orders, quotes, returns, and account updates Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and delivery Troubleshoot issues and find solutions Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Shipping Keep customer and order information accurate Build great relationships with customers and follow up to make sure they’re taken care of What You Bring: 1+ year of customer service or related experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office B2B customer service experience is a plus A positive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr MyStaff
