National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution

AbbVie seeks a National Manager to lead oncology nurse educator field strategy and execution across three hematology franchises. This strategic role partners with cross-functional teams to translate portfolio priorities into effective field operations, tools, and resources while maintaining compliance and driving performance.
Responsibilities
- Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into field priorities, plans, and execution requirements
- Support creation of portfolio-level nurse education strategy for disease and therapy management
- Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Partner with Field Operations to ensure effective tools, processes, systems, and training infrastructure
- Identify field needs, barriers, and opportunities; mobilize resources to address them and drive performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred
- Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, or commercial strategy experience
- Strong clinical expertise in oncology/hematology treatment, nursing practice, and healthcare environments
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority across cross-functional teams and organizational levels
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with complex clinical and business information
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with sense of urgency
