Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) – Mattoon, IL

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – L&D
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Compensation

• $37.23 – $57.71/hr (based on experience)
• + $4/hr night differential
• + $2/hr weekend differential (stackable)
• Potential sign-on & relocation assistance

Job Details

• Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery patient care
• Perform assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Lead and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor maternal & fetal conditions
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN License
• 3+ years L&D experience – Required
• NRP Certification – Required (within 1 year)
• ADN (minimum)

Preferred

• BLS / CPR (within 90 days)
• ACLS (within 90 days)
