Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals at Magenta Health at Daytona. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional outcomes. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity that offers flexibility and opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Conduct patient education, including providing instructions on medications, treatments, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
