I’m a graduate of Murray State University with a business degree and, outside of the office, I enjoy coaching my kids’ sports, volunteering at church, supporting local organizations, and getting in a round of golf when I can. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
