Product Marketing Manager

Join CXtec as a Product Marketing Manager and help shape how we bring our technology lifecycle solutions to market. You'll develop compelling messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams with the tools they need to succeed, and transform complex technical solutions into clear customer value. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys working across teams, influencing growth, and creating impactful customer experiences. The annual base salary range for this position, based out of Syracuse, NY, is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs. Location: Syracuse, NY (Hybrid) or Remote (US) What you’ll be doing: Product Positioning & Messaging Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the CXtec products, services, and business units. Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with customers and buying committees. Build persona-based messaging that addresses customer challenges, buying triggers, and business goals. Ensure every offering supports one consistent CXtec lifecycle narrative. Sales Enablement Create and maintain sales tools including one-pagers, presentations, solution briefs, talk tracks, battlecards, and email frameworks. Partner with Sales to understand customer objections, identify messaging gaps, and improve sales conversations. Continuously refine enablement materials based on field feedback and market insights. Go-to-Market Support product launches and strategic initiatives with messaging, positioning, and launch materials. Develop campaign briefs that define the audience, value proposition, key messages, and sales follow-up strategy. Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns are built on strong customer insights and clear positioning. Market & Customer Insights Gather insights from customers, Sales, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen messaging and positioning. Identify emerging opportunities, buyer pain points, and competitive differentiators. Turn research into practical recommendations that improve campaigns, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, and business leaders to ensure messaging accurately reflects our capabilities and customer needs. Help connect all CXtec offerings into a unified lifecycle story that supports cross-selling and long-term customer value. Key Deliverables Product messaging frameworks Persona-specific value propositions Sales enablement library Go-to-market messaging Competitive positioning Product launch materials Solution briefs and presentations Messaging recommendations for campaigns, proposals, and web content What we require: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or sales enablement. Experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, networking, or IT services is preferred. Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling business value. Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting Sales. Curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
