Senior Developer

Need Support Experts (Minimum 6+ experience) with .Net background & ability to work on Incident, Event and Availability management area as below : 1. Ability to do ticket analysis 2. Should be able to provide easy fixes 3. Should be able to write Queries to extract relevant data from DB 4. Should be able to do Splunk log monitoring 5. Should have experience Application and Application log monitoring 6. Should have the concept of Application timeout 7. Should be aware about basic concept of Cloud 8. Should be conversant with typical support KPIs and have commitment to adhere to the SLAs 9. Should be flexible to work on any shift in rotation (24 x 7 model) 10. Should be aware about tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Netcool etc. and ticketing tools like BMC Remedy / Service Now. 11. Should have experience in basic scripting and automations 12. Should have willingness to learn new tools 13. Should handle major incidents and outages independently. 14. Must be familiar with ITIL and Agile framework 15. Must have ability to manage the bridge calls with customers on technical issues/pages. 16. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills for customer interaction 17. Should have working knowledge of IIS, F5/AppviewX etc.
