Regional Sales Manager - Midwest

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Engineer Mid West (Illinois, Indiana, IOWA, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky) Join a global manufacturer known for state-of-the-art equipment for the process and industrial automation industries. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in high-potential industries and grow key customer relationships in the Mid West (IL, IN, KY, IA, MO, WI). Ideal candidate would have experience selling electronic components, instruments, electromechanical devices, signalling solutions, sensors, LED lights, alarms etc into the Industrial Automation market. Package Compensation - $90,000 - $100,000 + OTE 401k Retirement Plan Medical, Dental and Vision Life Insurance Role Develop and nurture relationships with distributors, end customers, and OEMs in high-potential industries. Travel extensively within your territory to meet with customers, understand their needs, and strengthen partnerships. Take full ownership of your assigned territory and act with the autonomy of a business owner. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support customers, address service needs, and resolve technical questions. Drive brand awareness and ensure our products remain top-of-mind. Requirements Outstanding communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships. A team player with a supportive, coachable attitude. Strong organizational skills to thrive in a diverse and matrixed business environment. A strategic thinker who can identify the right opportunities and prioritize effectively.
