Field Sales and Education Executive - Miami & Puerto Rico

This role is for a fully bilingual (Spanish) road warrior, and requires regular travel, including overnights, within your designated market. The standard work schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, subject to business needs. The ideal candidate will be based in Miami. They will service Sephora & Ulta stores across the market; with potential for more retailer partners being added. The primary function of this role is to achieve retail sales objectives within designated market through strategic planning and in-store sales support, education of Retailer Staff, event activation and effective management of Part‑Time Sales Support team. Key Responsibilities Drive retail sales performance and achieve regional sales targets Develop and execute strategic store call cycles and quarterly plans Deliver engaging product education, trainings, virtual sessions, and masterclasses Support new store openings, launches, and promotional events Build strong relationships with Sephora & Ulta leadership and store teams Recruit, train, coach, and manage a Part‑Time Sales Support team Monitor sales performance, provide market insights, and complete regular reporting Ensure consistent brand messaging and high in-store standards across all doors What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in beauty retail sales, field sales, or education Fluent in English and Spanish Strong understanding of Sephora & Ulta culture and operations Proven ability to drive sales through relationship-building and education Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong time management and planning abilities Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region Benefits Private Medical via Desjardins Monthly Wellness Allowance - JOON Part of the BCORP organisations Birthday day off Team days Allowance to use on our wonderful products each month #J-18808-Ljbffr The Inkey List
