Overview Our client is a long‑standing cleaning services provider with an established portfolio of accounts across Florida. Known for their dedication to operational excellence and consistent client satisfaction, they are seeking a results‑oriented and seasoned Territory Manager to oversee frontline operations across multiple locations in the Miami region. Key Responsibilities Develop staffing rotas, keep a close watch on labor hours, and steward day‑to‑day spending within the parameters of each site's budget. Take charge of cleaning operations on a daily basis across a group of accounts falling within a designated geographic patch. Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned clients—turning concerns around quickly, hosting routine service reviews and identifying ways to grow each partnership. Lead the full talent lifecycle for site supervisors and cleaning crews—sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training and developing—while reinforcing a workplace built on accountability and strong performance. Walk the sites regularly to carry out inspections and quality checks, verifying that contracted standards and client expectations are being delivered without compromise. Capture and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, covering metrics such as quality scoring, headcount, labor spend and client satisfaction. Handle the sourcing of supplies and equipment for sites under your remit, keeping every location properly stocked and operationally ready. Step in on service escalations and operational hiccups, working through them swiftly and with professionalism. Keep every aspect of operations aligned with OSHA requirements, internal safety procedures and the relevant local, state and federal regulations. Lend support to growth initiatives, getting involved in welcoming new accounts and guiding operational transitions. Required Qualifications Polished client‑facing presence, with the relationship‑building instincts needed to represent the company credibly at every level of an organization. At least 2–3 years spent in a supervisory or management capacity within facilities services, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or a comparable operations setting. Comfort with everyday computer applications—email, scheduling and reporting platforms—alongside the willingness to pick up workforce management software as required. A track record of guiding, motivating and growing diverse teams that span multiple locations. Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable personal transport—the position is field‑based and involves frequent movement between sites. (A car allowance or mileage reimbursement is offered.) A well‑organized approach to time management, with the bandwidth to balance competing demands across a multi‑site portfolio. Confident written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Background in helping bring new commercial accounts on board or assisting with operational transitions. Direct experience overseeing 10 or more accounts or sites concurrently in a regional or area management role. Conversational Spanish is welcomed, given the makeup of South Florida's workforce and client base, though it is by no means a must‑have. A working understanding of janitorial best practices, cleaning equipment and the safe handling of chemicals. Past involvement with contract or scope‑of‑work management inside a B2B service‑driven business. Hands‑on familiarity with workforce management tools such as Kronos, Humanity or similar scheduling and timekeeping systems.
