Electrical Distribution System Engineer

Job Overview Wire harness engineer needed to support electrical distribution systems. This is a technical / project engineering role focused on hardware and process tracking rather than core design work. Approximately 5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Review electrical harness work for compliance. Relay information between supplier and client. Understand barriers, recommend solutions, and push open actions and approvals to closure to meet turnaround times. Requirements Strong wire harness components background, including plastics, material handling, living hinges, tooling, rubbers, and connectors. Support both high- and low-voltage wiring across a portfolio of approximately 250 wire harnesses. Significant supplier interfacing; the team is small and relies on suppliers to perform the work. Open and review CAD models as needed, even though this is not a core design role. Must know CATIA, be generally 3D-capable, and understand basic GD&T. Provide approximately 5 examples of prior project/design experience demonstrating knowledge of the process. Familiarity with CAD "connect" software modules is preferred.
