Hiring Today: Welders!
We are seeking dependable Welders / Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing welding repairs and maintenance on dairy equipment and systems while assisting with a variety of mechanical and maintenance tasks. We are looking for a versatile individual who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and can communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Responsibilities- Perform welding repairs and modifications on dairy systems and equipment
- Utilize MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques as required
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in the field and shop
- Assist with mechanical maintenance and repair tasks
- Support electrical troubleshooting and repairs when needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle a variety of repair tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
