Fabricator

Join a team that helps build some of the nation's most recognizable structures, industrial facilities, and large-scale construction projects. This role is responsible for performing high-quality MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components used in complex commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Candidates will work in a fast-paced fabrication environment focused on safety, quality, and production excellence.

Location: Greeley, Colorado

Available Shifts and Starting Pay:

Day Shift

• Monday through Friday, 6AM-4:30PM - $19.30/hr

Night Shift

• Monday through Friday, 5:30PM-4:30AM - $20.30/hr

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel members, assemblies, and components according to blueprints, weld procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete TIG welding and other welding processes as required to support fabrication operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop prints, and weld symbols.
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines and related equipment to ensure proper weld penetration and quality.
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with company and customer specifications.
• Repair or rework welds when necessary to meet quality requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work closely with fitters, fabricators, inspectors, and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Handle large structural steel components using cranes, hoists, and material handling equipment as needed.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to assigned shift schedules.

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred; entry-level welders are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read tape measures, basic blueprints, and welding symbols preferred.
• Experience working with structural steel, heavy fabrication, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work safely around heavy steel materials and fabrication equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Greeley,CO.
