You'll inspire and motivate clients, achieve results, and enjoy comprehensive training and support in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with excellent earning potential.As a Field Insurance Agent II, you will sell and service Personal Lines Insurance products to members primarily in our retail branches and also who contact us over the phone and online.What You’ll Do:Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goalsInteract with members in person at the branch, over the phone and onlineCompile coverage and rating information; confirm insurer underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium dataProvide members with product and premium proposals that best fit their needsDevelop leads and prospects by responding to referrals in a timely mannerParticipate in sales programs and maintain prospect files in the CRM systemDevelop general knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agentsFollow agency processes and procedures in quoting and binding coverage, and processing member paymentsWork with Quality Assurance and Underwriting departments to minimize error and omission exposuresProvide AAA Five Diamond service to all current and prospective AAA Insurance clientsBuild professional relationships with clients, insurance company representatives, dealerships, real estate agents, etcGain knowledge of AAA Northeast membership benefits to offer and sell to clientsWhat You'll Need:EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferredExperience2+ years Sales or customer service experienceInsurance sales experience preferredOutbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferredLicenses and CertificationsActive Personal Lines Insurance License required at time of hireAbility to maintain license through required continuing educationValid Life Insurance License preferred or willingly to obtain within 1 yearBenefits & CompensationCompetitive base hourly rate + unlimited commissionPaid Time Off: 3 weeks vacation, 12 holidays, 8 sick days annuallyHealth Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision (AAA covers up to 88%)Retirement: 401(k) with 6% company matchFree AAA membership, insurance discounts, tuition reimbursement, and moreThis position is eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus!Sign-on bonus terms: This bonus will be issued in two installments, the first after successful completion of 3 months of employment and the second after successful completion of 6 months of employment.
