What we’re seeking:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with an active OT license in the state
- Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Prior experience working in schools or pediatrics is highly preferred
- Passion for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to helping students achieve their educational and functional goals
Key responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and collaborate with staff to implement effective intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress to teachers, families, and administrators
- Adapt activities and environments to facilitate student participation and learning
- Attend meetings and contribute insights on students’ functional abilities and needs
- Travel may be required between school sites (when applicable)
