Role:AI-Native Technical Program Manager
Location:Dallas, TX - Onsite
Job Summary
-
Lead large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teams, platforms, and enterprise systems.

Drive architecture, engineering dependencies, integrations, milestones, and end-to-end delivery execution.

Apply strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud platforms.
-
Partner with engineering leaders, architects, and product managers to translate strategy into delivery plans.

Identify and mitigate technical risks, cross-team dependencies, and integration challenges.
-
Use Jira, Confluence, Lucid, dashboards, metrics, and data insights to drive program decisions.
-
Leverage AI tools including ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Atlassian Rovo, and Microsoft Copilot for program productivity.
-
Require 8+ years of technology program experience, a technical degree, and preferably PMP/SAFe/RTE or cloud certifications.
