Managing end-to-end paid YouTube ad campaigns, the full-time Manager, YouTube Ads will oversee campaign setup and optimization, client engagement, and performance reporting while working remotely or in a hybrid setting. Key responsibilities Own all aspects of YouTube ad campaign setup and optimization as the primary channel manager Act as the internal and external point of contact for live and upcoming campaigns, making proactive recommendations to achieve client KPIs Monitor campaign pacing and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads across all YouTube ad formats and objectives Experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k or more Thorough understanding of Google Ads mechanics, including KPI optimization and audience targeting Proactive approach to campaign optimization and strategy Strong quantitative skills
