Notes: They are fourth generation family owned company that has been around over 100 years. They are a job shop manufacturer.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations of the Press Room, Finishing, and Assembly areas, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Lead and train staff in safe work practices, quality systems, and operational excellence.
• Conduct quality control analysis by inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.
• Manage and address scrap, rework, and productivity issues with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer specifications, including working with outside services or unique industry requirements.
• Participate in personnel decisions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records for production, safety, and quality control processes.
• Promote and uphold a culture of integrity, teamwork, and accountability in all operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in metals manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Knowledge and experience with basic part measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
