Title : Press Room Production Manager
Location : Orangeburg, SC 29003
Schedule: Fully In-Office
Salary: $115,000 - $125,0000
Bonus : 22% annual + Profit Sharing
Relocation: Relocation assistance is available for this role
Benefits: 6% 401k match, 3 weeks of PTO, and they pay 80% of Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee and family
Department: Production/Press Room
Notes: They are fourth generation family owned company that has been around over 100 years. They are a job shop manufacturer.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations of the Press Room, Finishing, and Assembly areas, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
Lead and train staff in safe work practices, quality systems, and operational excellence.
Conduct quality control analysis by inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.
Manage and address scrap, rework, and productivity issues with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Operate and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer specifications, including working with outside services or unique industry requirements.
Participate in personnel decisions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotions.
Maintain accurate records for production, safety, and quality control processes.
Promote and uphold a culture of integrity, teamwork, and accountability in all operations.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in metals manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and experience with basic part measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
