- Oversee daily operations of the Press Room, Finishing, and Assembly areas, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
- Lead and train staff in safe work practices, quality systems, and operational excellence.
- Conduct quality control analysis by inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.
- Manage and address scrap, rework, and productivity issues with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer specifications, including working with outside services or unique industry requirements.
- Participate in personnel decisions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records for production, safety, and quality control processes.
- Promote and uphold a culture of integrity, teamwork, and accountability in all operations.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metals manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience with basic part measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
