Recruitment ManagerCalifornia Autism Center (CAC) is a locally owned and operated ABA service provider in the heart of the Central Valley. We currently have 6 Treatment Centers in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia. We lead with positivity, perseverance, and teamwork.CAC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts across multiple centers. This role is responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruiting, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring we attract and retain high-quality clinical and administrative talent.This position plays a critical role in supporting CAC's growth by building efficient, compliant, and scalable recruitment processes while partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & ExecutionLead full-cycle recruiting across clinical and administrative roles (e.g., RBTs, BCBAs, administrative staff)Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet high-volume staffing needs across multiple locationsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing methodsLeadership & Team ManagementManage and develop recruitment team members, including recruiters and coordinatorsSet performance expectations, track KPIs, and drive accountabilityPartner with hiring managers to improve interview quality and hiring decisionsOperations & Process ImprovementDesign and implement scalable recruiting processes and SOPsOptimize ATS workflows and candidate experienceEnsure timely communication and efficient hiring timelinesData & ReportingTrack and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, etc.)Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomesCompliance & Best PracticesEnsure all hiring practices align with California labor laws and company policiesOversee background checks, credential verification, and onboarding coordinationPromote equitable and non-discriminatory hiring practicesQualificationsRequired:3–5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionStrong experience with full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environmentProficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting toolsStrong knowledge of California employment laws and hiring compliancePreferred:Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settingsExperience recruiting for RBTs, BCBAs, or similar clinical rolesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldFull compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.California pay range$70,000 - $75,000 USDThe perks and benefits of working with us:Health Insurance (60% contribution for full-time employees and their dependent on the base plan)Dental and Vision Insurance (60% contribution to the base plan)ASPCA Pet InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceAccess to supplemental insurance benefitsEmployee Assistance Program (Available for Full-Time and Part-Time)Discounted Gym Membership for Employees and Friends & Family (Planet Fitness) (Available for Full-Time and Part-Time)401(k) retirement plan (Available for Full-Time and Part-Time)Quarterly staff appreciation events (free lunch; staff celebrations and recognition) (Available for Full-Time and Part-Time)Employee Recognition Platform w/ rewards (Available for Full-Time and Part-Time)We Value POSITIVITY.
