What We Offer (Pay & Benefits)

True W2 Stability: Reliable salary pay comparable to high-CPM jobs, minus the stress.
Scheduled Raises: Guaranteed pay increases at 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months of safe driving.
Home Time: Park at home during your reset.
Top-Tier Equipment: Run in well-maintained, late-model trucks so you spend less time in the shop.
Respectful Culture: No forced dispatch or empty promises. We do our best to help you succeed.

Job Requirements

To maintain our high safety and compliance standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

License: Valid Class A CDL.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of tractor-trailer experience AND at least 1 month of flatbed experience.
Age: 23 years or older.
Work History: A complete, gap-free work history is required for background checks.
Background: No violent or drug-related felony convictions. Other felonies over 7 years old will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Tech-Savvy: Must own a modern smartphone and be willing to use basic on-the-job technology.
Testing: Must pass a company safety quiz.
