Dabei analysieren wir Anforderungen, stimmen uns eng mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern ab und unterstützen die Umsetzung strategischer Entscheidungen.In der Transformationssteuerung liegt der Fokus auf dem Portfolio- und Technologieshift.
