Licensed Insurance Sales Manager

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Manager - Commercial Lines. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in P&C Track and analyze sales performance and market trends to evaluate sales strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management focused on P&C Valid P&C license required Strong knowledge of P&C coverage, rules, and regulations Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with agency management systems and comparative raters
