About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Neuro ICU required License: Valid RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: Neuro experience must be reflected in application. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro ICU. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting. This position requires a valid RN license and necessary certifications. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Patient ratios are 1:2. Applicants must have experience managing patients post-thrombectomy and neuro checks. Float to the Emergency Department, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department may be required. The unit supports an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Candidates should be skilled in various critical care procedures and patient management techniques. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.
