QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Experience cabinet installation or construction supervision
- Experience with countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet installation processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking
A bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER - FIELD PROJECT SUPERVISOR
This is a full-time role that may require travel to various job sites as necessary.
As our Installation Team Leader - Field Project Supervisor, you'll oversee every aspect of the installation process, from accurate field measurements to coordinating schedules and supervising certified installers. You'll recruit and manage your team of certified cabinet installers, ensure projects meet quality standards, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with customers, all while fostering a culture of excellence among your team.
