- Oversee 10-20 active field service jobs daily
- Support and troubleshoot field technicians (onsite and remote)
- Prepare and run service estimates and job scopes
- Schedule and coordinate 1-2 person installation/service crews
- Source materials, parts, and equipment for jobs
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain compliance with safety and building standards (ADA, fire code, etc.)
- Work closely with leadership during a 6-month training period
- 5+ years in commercial door and gate service/installation
- Experience with:
- Automatic doors
- Storefront doors
- Hollow metal doors
- Wood/solid core doors
- Overhead doors
- Dock equipment
- Gates and gate operators
- Strong troubleshooting and field diagnostics skills
- Experience running estimates and coordinating service work
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience
- Broad experience across multiple door/gate systems
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Primarily field-based role
- High daily activity and job coordination
- Occasional after-hours phone support (limited weekends)
- 6-month structured training with leadership
