Sales Support Coordinator
On-Board Services is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator in Hazlet, NJ.
Position Title: Sales Support Specialist
Position Type: 1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: Hazlet, NJ
Shift: 1st Shift

Compensation: $26.65/HR
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers by managing consolidated price lists, forecasts, product documentation, sample requests, customer quotations, and coordinating with internal departments including Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion of all requirements for order release.
- Collaborate with customer service teams across multiple regions to standardize processes and ensure consistency.
- Analyze sales tracking reports to monitor forecast accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support sales operations.
- Receive, track, and help resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all activities comply with customer contracts and company policies.
- Participate in customer meetings alongside Account Managers to address customer needs, provide support, and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor service performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to maintain high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Coordination, or a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts while effectively prioritizing competing responsibilities.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills required.
