FP&A Manager

Our client is a fast-growing company at the center of the media industry, and they're looking for a Manager, FP&A to join their North America Finance team. It's a genuine opportunity to play a transformative role in a business shaping the future of how sports organizations operate commercially. You'll partner closely with senior leaders turning financial analysis into clear, actionable business insight. It's a role suited to someone commercially minded who enjoys working at pace, likes to take ownership, and wants to help modernize financial systems and reporting rather than simply maintain them. Responsibilities: Partner with senior stakeholders translating financial analysis into practical operational recommendations Build strong cross-functional relationships and develop a deep understanding of the business, including unit economics, product strategy and the competitive landscape Deliver management reporting and performance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year Carry out detailed margin and revenue analysis to identify trends and profitability drivers Work with the Resourcing Manager to assess utilization, capacity and account-level profitability Drive improvements to financial systems and planning tools (such as Planful), and support automation and AI-led process improvements Act as a trusted commercial partner across Finance and the wider business, contributing to the team's continuous improvement Requirements: 6-10 years' experience in FP&A, strategic finance or a related field Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and ideally Planful A proactive, hands-on approach, with genuine interest in automating and improving reporting processes rather than just producing them Comfortable applying AI tools (such as Copilot or ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up analysis and improve data quality Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate detailed data into clear, decision-useful insight Confident communicator, self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously with senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Codex
