SCRUM Master

Our Healthcare client is looking for a part time Scrum Master supporting a digital/web product team within Marketing & Communications. This exciting opportunity will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, maintaining backlog prioritization, and ensuring consistent Agile practices. Partners with Product and stakeholders to align requirements, remove blockers, and drive timely delivery of web and digital initiatives.

- Part-Time ~20 hours/week

- Hybrid in Vancouver, onsite Tuesdays + Wednesdays

- Duration: 3 months with potential to extend

- Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

- Manage and prioritize backlog with Product Manager

- Track progress, maintain Kanban board, and report on performance

- Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow

- Document requirements and maintain accurate system of record

- Coach team on Agile/Scrum practices

- 3+ years Scrum Master experience

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum (Waterfall familiarity a plus)

- Experience with web/digital teams preferred

- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with tools like Workfront, WordPress, SharePoint, and Drupal

- CSM preferred

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
