Job Title: Accounting Data Entry Clerk
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Accounting Data Entry Clerk to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Compensation:
$20.00 - $23.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Data Entry Clerk:

• Support financial operations by reviewing pending records and ensuring transactions are prepared for accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Analyze documentation for completeness and validate key details such as pricing, account information, and billing related data.
• Maintain data accuracy within business systems by identifying discrepancies and updating records as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve issues that could impact processing timelines.
• Ensure large volumes of records are reviewed efficiently while meeting established deadlines and organizational priorities.

• Experience performing data entry, administrative support, accounting support, or records review in a professional office environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work in a deadline driven setting.
• Comfortable working within financial or operational software platforms and learning new systems as business needs evolve.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across departments to resolve data related concerns.
