As a Fine Dining Pastry Cook , you will play a pivotal role in crafting exquisite desserts that harmonize with our sophisticated steakhouse experience. Your creations will leave lasting impressions and complement the artistry of our main courses. You will work closely with our Pastry Chef and culinary team to develop innovative and visually stunning pastries, breads, and desserts that delight our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to quality will be essential in launching our new restaurant and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods with impeccable attention to detail.

· Ensure all recipes align with our brand's upscale vision.

· Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to create seasonal dessert menus and specials.

· Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, adhering to all safety and health regulations.

· Innovate and refine techniques to keep our offerings exciting and unique.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale or fine-dining environment.

· Proficiency in classic and modern pastry techniques.

· Strong understanding of flavor profiles, plating aesthetics, and texture balance.

· Creative flair with a passion for continuously improving skills.

· Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.
