Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

Elevated Marketing is looking for competitive, motivated individuals to join our St. Louis team as  Sales & Marketing Representatives .

This opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy setting goals, competing, working with people, and being rewarded based on performance.

In this role, you’ll represent telecommunications products and services through  face-to-face B2B sales , working directly with local businesses throughout an assigned territory. No previous sales experience is required — paid initial training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with prospective business customers
• Present telecommunications products and service options
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Prospect for new customers within an assigned territory
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training

Compensation & Training

• Paid initial training
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week in commissions
• Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed
• Weekly pay and performance-based incentives
• Ongoing coaching and development

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation for local travel.
