Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build and assemble control panels, industrial enclosures, and small wired box assemblies . The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can read basic schematics, and takes pride in producing high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble control panels, electrical enclosures, and box builds
Perform wiring, crimping, and wire harnessing
Assemble and solder PCB-based components
Read and follow schematics, drawings, and bills of material
Use hand tools and measurement tools to ensure precise assembly
Follow ESD handling procedures and quality standards
Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently

Preferred Skills:

Experience with electro-mechanical or electrical assembly
Knowledge of wire harnessing, crimping, and soldering
Ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical manufacturing (a plus)
IPC 610/620 or J-STD certifications (preferred)
Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 manufacturing environments
