What we’re seeking:
- Current Michigan SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- SLP-CCC or candidates currently completing a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Ability to engage creatively and compassionately with students of varying backgrounds and needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students (K-12 as assigned)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s educational journey
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Stay informed about best practices and maintain ongoing professional growth
