Trailer Mechanic As a Trailer Mechanic, you will combine the roles of an electrician, carpenter, plumber, and inventory manager to maintain and manage equipment within our wood pallet manufacturing plant. Location & Pay Eastford, CT 06242 • $20.00 - $24.00/hr • 1st Shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Responsibilities Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary. Respond urgently to maintenance needs to ensure plant operations run smoothly. Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant. Other projects as necessary. Qualifications 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment. Basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring, and basic carpentry skills. Low Voltage Electrical experience required. Attention to detail to ensure all jobs and tasks are completed in an exemplary manner. Ability to work in extreme conditions, bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts.
