Physical Therapist (Pediatrics)

Physical TherapistEvaluates, plans, directs and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability. Writes evaluations, progress notes/reports, discharge summaries and maintains patient files. Counsels patients and/or family members regarding Rehabilitation diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies as they apply to the profession of Physical Therapy and adheres to same.Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy.
