Join Our Team as a Family or Internal Medicine Physician

We are excited to invite a Family or Internal Medicine physician to become part of our expanding outpatient practice located in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is a genuine outpatient role, primarily serving an adult and Medicare demographic aged 60 and above. It is tailored for physicians who aspire to deliver high-quality medical care with robust support and a consistent schedule. This is a unique chance to be part of the founding team at one of our new facilities in Jacksonville.

What Sets This Opportunity Apart

• No weekend shifts
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Exclusively outpatient responsibilities—no duties in hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
• Minimal phone call duties, rotating among providers in the Jacksonville area
• Dedicated administrative time included in your schedule
• Attractive sign-on bonus of $50,000 along with relocation assistance if required
• Annual bonus based on quality metrics, not RVU-driven
• We streamline tasks to allow our physicians to concentrate on patient care

Practice Model

You will be backed by a committed care team, enabling you to prioritize patient care over administrative tasks:

• Support from medical assistants and center staff
• Care coordination assistance
• Manage an average of 10-14 patients daily as you ramp up
• Focus on relationship-based, physician-led care
• Utilize an efficient, cloud-based electronic medical record system
• Work in modern, newly constructed centers with strong operational support
• Enjoy autonomy in tailoring patient care while maintaining clinical judgment

Who We Are Looking For

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Comfortable providing care to adult and Medicare-aged patients
• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuity of care
• Must possess an active, non-probationary Florida medical license or be eligible to obtain one
