Family Medicine Opportunity In Northeast Florida

Join an established primary care organization providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a senior population. Enjoy manageable patient volumes, strong work-life balance, and a collaborative care team supporting you every step of the way. Medicare-focused, value-based care with small panels, quality over volume, 100% outpatient, MF, no nights/weekends/call/hospital. Care coordination, pharmacy, and clinical support built in.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base + quality bonus, 4 weeks PTO + paid holidays, full benefits: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, license/DEA reimbursement.

Qualifications: Board Certified in IM, FM, or Geriatrics, active FL license (or eligible), outpatient experience is required.

This role is set in Northeast Florida, a region known for coastal living with beautiful beaches, a lower cost of living than South Florida, and a growing, family-friendly community. Enjoy year-round outdoor recreation, a vibrant local dining and arts scene, and easy access to a major international airport.
