Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out in-depth evaluations of patient health, requesting diagnostic tests, and developing tailored treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions, either collaboratively with physicians or independently (as per your qualifications)
• Providing education to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies
• Prescribing relevant medications and therapies within your practice parameters

Educational Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain them within 90 days)
