divh2Field Service Technician/h2pNow Hiring Field Service Technician Pittsburgh, PA/ppHours:/ppAs the Field Service Technician, you will provide field service support and maintenance, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction including building customer relations and conducting installations and system maintenance of sites, both individually and as a team. Under minimal supervision, we will ask you to show initiative in a team environment to successfully perform the following duties:/ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliConduct advanced troubleshooting in escalated situations, identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system performance./liliAccurately diagnose, repair, and maintain Advanced Pharmacy products and accessories, adhering to company standard and quality guidelines./liliPerform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance on Passport and associated equipment, following established protocols./liliProvide back-up support for all regional personnel for time-off and vacations, ensuring continuous support and service./liliCollaborate closely with engineering and assembly teams to contribute to product improvement and enhancements./liliPerform installation at customer sites, including conducting pre-installation surveys and ensuring proper configuration and set up./liliSupport installations in assigned region as well as other regions as needed./liliCollaborate with engineering and management to address and resolve escalated problems and technical challenges./liliDevelop expertise in the configuration and operation of the Passport System, staying updated with product knowledge and advancements./liliEffectively schedule calls to meet Advanced Pharmacy requirements across assigned regions./liliEducate the customers on basic operation of their machines, providing clear instruction and guidance./liliResolve customer issues promptly and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and managers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction./liliEnsure compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures by all field service personnel./liliActively participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals./liliProvide technical and maintenance support to the pharmacy./liliDocument all service activity in service ticket system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records./liliAdhere to all Field Service Policies and Procedures./liliPerforms related duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution./li/ulpProfessional Requirements:/pulliMinimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; prior Field Service technical experience preferred./liliStrong electro-mechanical skills, with a solid understanding of equipment functionality and repair processes./liliExcellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences./liliPrevious experience with medical equipment or automation is a plus./liliExperience in using basic hand tools./liliAbility to follow directions and instructions both in person and over the phone./liliAbility to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties./liliAbility to work effectively in both team environments and independently./liliDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously./li/ulpMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation/ph2About Us/h2pPartners Pharmacy - Our mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
