Vacuum Pump Repair Technician - 1st Shift

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Vacuum Pump Repair Technician to join our 1st shift team. In this hands-on role, you will repair, refurbish, and test vacuum pumps by performing disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reassembly, troubleshooting, and performance testing. This position is primarily mechanical, with occasional basic electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Disassemble, inspect, clean, and repair vacuum pumps and related equipment
• Replace worn or damaged components and reassemble equipment to specifications
• Perform operational and performance testing on repaired units
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and basic electrical problems as needed
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Maintain accurate repair records and follow safety and quality standards

• Experience in mechanical repair, maintenance, assembly, or industrial equipment service
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with diagnostic tools preferred
• Experience with pumps, motors, compressors, or rotating equipment is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
