Medicaid QA LeadLead a specialized QA team in modernizing and maintaining critical State Medicaid systems. You will bridge the gap between legacy Mainframe back-ends and modern Web interfaces using advanced automation (Tosca/Test Complete) and AI-driven testing practices.Core Responsibilities:Coordinate daily QA activities for a team of testers in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment.Develop comprehensive test plans, oversee manual/automated execution, and ensure high-quality delivery.Maintain JIRA dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into testing progress and defect resolution.Must-Have Skills:5+ years in Software Testing with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.High proficiency in Tosca or Test Complete.Hands-on experience testing both Web and Mainframe applications.Experience in the Medicaid/Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
