Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Make improvements to systems and processes. Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.Essential Functions:Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projectsEnsure major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTrack plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflictsUtilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasEnsure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelinesMay lead or participate in scheduling status reviewsAbility to obtain US Government security clearanceQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant scheduling experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related scheduling experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related scheduling experiencePreferred Additional Skills:Broad knowledge of project managementComputer skills related to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)EVMS experienceIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $73,000-$135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
