Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join a professional food service operation. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who is confident creating their own menus , managing food prep , and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and presentation.

This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity , meaning strong performance, reliability, and attendance can lead to a permanent position with the client.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute original menus based on needs, volume, and ingredients
Perform daily food preparation following food safety standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals
Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Work independently while meeting production timelines
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

Extensive professional chef experience (required)
Demonstrated ability to develop menus independently
Strong food prep, knife skills, and kitchen organization
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Clear background check required
